Job Duties: Work in a cross‑functional team to prioritize and lead projects that help achieve our product targets for Search Ranking. Conduct applied ML research to identify latest models or build custom architectures to improve the search system. Prototype, optimize, and productionize scalable ML models in the production framework. Perform both offline and online experiments to verify solutions. Optimize the ML models and systems to ensure high efficiency, scalability, and observability. Remote position.

Requirements

Masters in Computer Science, or related field and 2+ years of relevant experience.

Experience developing Search, Ads, or Recommendation Systems.

Training, deploying, monitoring, debugging, and iterating on scalable production systems, and conducting A/B tests to verify the solutions.

Large‑scale personalization machine learning algorithm that can serve over 100 million+ users.

Proficiency in neural ML frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.

Building industry standard code in Python, Java, or Scala.

Hours: Monday through Friday, 40 hours per week

Location: Brooklyn, New York / Remote

Salary: $153,000 - $199,000 per year
