What we’re looking for
We are looking for a Marketing intern to support Dover Food Retail businesses at our Richmond campus. Our Marketing Internships are project‑based internships in the areas of creative marketing, digital marketing, and communications. This role will assist Marketing Manager(s) with development of content for the above‑efforts outlined.
What you’ll be responsible for in this role
Intern will work with Marketing manager(s) to develop marketing content as directed. Interns will be evaluated on the ability to develop content using creativity and timely completion of projects.
Tracking metrics to ensure that the work being delivered is being well received by the targeted audience.
Basic qualifications
Enrollment in a 4‑year Marketing or Business degree program
Minimum 3.0 GPA on a 4.0 scale
Preferred qualifications
Rising Junior to rising Senior level progressing towards a bachelor’s degree in Marketing or similar program
Ability to use Adobe Creative Suite of products to create a range of collateral, project‑manage small campaigns, create blogs and SoME from long‑form content.
Analytical and conceptual thinking, using logic and reason, creative and strategic thinking
Effective research and communication skills
Effective written and oral communications
To be a great fit for the role
