Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) Caregiver

We are urgently hiring Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) Caregivers to join our team at PCAH of Princeton Somerset and Flemington. As a CHHA Caregiver, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to our clients in the Bridgewater, New Jersey area.

Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with personal care tasks, including bathing, grooming, and dressing
• Monitor client's vital signs and report any changes to the appropriate medical personnel
• Assist with mobility and transferring clients
• Administer medication to clients as prescribed
• Assist with meal preparation and feeding, ensuring dietary needs are met
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients

Requirements:

• Valid certification as a Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA)
• Prior experience in caregiving or a related field
• Knowledge of basic medical terminology and procedures
• Ability to effectively communicate and work well with clients and their families
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to adapt to various work environments and client needs
• Must be reliable and punctual
