As a Machine Operator, you will safely and efficiently operate an automatic bottle labeling machine (Trine), ensuring high-quality product labeling according to production standards. This role includes machine setup, basic troubleshooting, and routine maintenance to minimize downtime.Weekly pay starting at $18/hr and great benefits available!
Skills and Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience operating production machinery in a manufacturing environment.
- Mechanical aptitude and the ability to learn equipment functions quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality.
- Ability to stand for the entire shift and lift up to 50 lbs as needed.
- Strong work ethic and a commitment to punctuality and attendance.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Operate Trine automatic bottle labelers in accordance with established procedures.
- Set up machine parameters, feed materials, and verify correct label application.
- Conduct start-up, changeover, and shutdown procedures.
- Inspect bottles and labels for accuracy, alignment, and adhesion.
- Perform basic mechanical adjustments and preventive maintenance on the labeler.
