You’ll join a small team with real ownership over ML products. This is a hands‑on role across the full ML lifecycle – from problem definition and data exploration through to feature engineering, model training, validation, and deployment. You’ll also implement telemetry, A/B testing, and statistical methods to validate models, while ensuring healthcare data is secure and fully HIPAA compliant.

The Person 3-5 years as a Machine Learning or Data Science Engineer
2+ years of experience in healthcare domain
Strong statistical / quantitative background
Strong Python and SQL skills
Strong communication and collaboration skills (Working with stakeholders)
Must be a US citizen or Green Card holder (No H1B, C2C or EAD)
Based in the USA
The Role Build and deploy machine learning models for healthcare applications
Work across the full ML lifecycle: data exploration, feature engineering, train, validate, deploy!
Collaborate with product, engineering, and data teams as the ML subject matter expert
Implement A/B testing, telemetry, and statistical validation methods
Troubleshoot and optimise ML models, integrations, and backend systems
Ensure systems are secure and compliant with HIPAA regulations
Work in a small, fast‑paced, highly collaborative team (2-person ML team)
Opportunity to work on modern AI technologies such as RAG and AI integrations
Mentoring offered for the lead ML engineer!
