Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. This contract opportunity offers flexibility and the chance to make a meaningful impact with a manageable caseload and collaborative team environment. In this position, you’ll work with 9th-12th graders, providing speech-language services designed to help each student thrive academically and socially. With a caseload capped at 30 students, you’ll have ample time to focus on quality care, individual growth, and creative intervention planning. Desired Qualifications:Master’s degree in Speech-Language PathologyCurrent Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)Active state licensure (or eligibility)Prior experience working in educational settings, especially with high school students, is a plusStrong communication and collaboration skills Key Responsibilities:Conduct assessments and develop targeted therapy plans to address students’ speech and language needsDeliver engaging therapy sessions, adapting activities to each student’s unique strengths and challengesCollaborate closely with teachers, families, and staff to support IEP goalsMaintain detailed session notes and progress reports in compliance with school and state requirementsAttend IEP meetings as needed and contribute to multidisciplinary teams Position Details and Perks:School-year role, working three days per week within the 8am-3pm scheduleChoose any three days to work that best fit your lifestyle—just include Tuesdays as one of your daysServe a maximum of 30 students, ensuring focused, individualized attentionBe part of a supportive environment dedicated to student developmentGain valuable experience working with diverse high school learners If you’re passionate about helping teens find their voice and achieve their potential, we want to hear from you!
