_We are committed to providing excellent rehabilitation services to our residents, whether the need is short term rehab, skilled nursing care, long term or hospice care.__We are now hiring experienced, Rehab employee to work within our skilled nursing facility as part of our Rehabilitative Department: __*Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)*_The therapist will provided therapeutic services as needed by our patients in addition to the following:* Plan, develop, organize and implement direct therapy in accordance with current rules regulations and guidelines that govern long term care facilities.* Participate in discharge planning, implementation and development of residence care plans, and residence assessments.* Helps educate family and staff to optimize patient outcomes and safety._*Enjoy a flexible schedule in a caring and collaborative environment and generous compensation!*__*Requirements:*_* Associates degree required* FL license in Occupational Therapy Assistant* Excellent communication skills* Great clinical, personal, documentation and implementation skills* Skilled nursing facility (SNF) experience preferred* This position requires a Level 2 background screening through the Florida Care Provider Background Screening Clearinghouse.
