Your Mission
PRODUCTION COORDINATOR - HARDWARE TECH/EVENT SUPPORT
The Production Coordinator (Hardware Tech/Event Support) will assist in the full life-cycle management of all 1st party development hardware assets (debug/development kits), including managing, ordering, tracking, allocating, repairing, inventory auditing and retirement.
Additionally, they will assist the larger event support team in the deployment of gaming hardware at both internal and external events. They may also be asked to supervise small projects in support of the larger hardware/event management team.
This role is based in our Santa Monica, CA office and follows an onsite work schedule of four days per week. Work arrangements may change at the company's discretion to meet business needs.
Responsibilities Assist in the provisioning of dev hardware for developers and production teams
Track dev hardware in an inventory tracking database
Assist with dev hardware repairs and returns
Provide and maintain hardware at onsite and offsite events
Serve as the first point of contact regarding development software: XDK, first party “neighborhoods”, recovery processes, firmware updates, whitelisted profiles, etc.
Assist with the user management of large enterprise software systems (Adobe, Autodesk, etc.)
Assist in the planning, setup and break-down of gameplay hardware for events of all sizes
Perform other duties, as assigned
Qualifications B.A. or B.S. in Computer Science/Entertainment-related area, or equivalent work experience
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Demonstrated success working in a team-based environment, interfacing with multiple departments throughout an organization
Strong working knowledge of most popular console platforms and related peripherals and PC software/hardware
2+ years in the video game industry, preferably in interactive software publishing
Must be willing and able to travel internationally for event support
Demonstrated ability to define a problem, challenge, or opportunity and formulate methods to resolve problems or capitalize on opportunities
Ideal candidate will be both tech savvy and also able to serve as a personable ‘host’ at gameplay events.

In the U.S., the standard base pay range for this role is $20.77 - $38.46 Hourly. These values reflect the expected base pay range of new hires across all U.S. locations. The specific range and offer will be based on factors including relevant experience, performance, and work location. In addition to a competitive base pay, employees in this role may be eligible for incentive compensation. Incentive compensation is not guaranteed. New hire compensation is negotiable.
