Production Manager - Lathes and Assembly

Responsibilities
Manage the daily production activities of a manufacturing department(s).
Assist the Plant Manager with setting goals and direction for production operations.
Direct, coordinate, and supervise employees to ensure that safe work practices are adhered to and production schedules, quality standards, housekeeping standards, maintenance and cost goals are met.
Provide leadership, direction, and training for departmental supervisors and employees.
Work with Manufacturing Engineering group to develop recommendations for capital projects and manufacturing expenses for annual operating budget.
Qualifications
Four-year degree with at least 3 years relevant experience OR 7-10 years of equivalent work experience.
Must have good communication, leadership, and computer skills and have previous supervisory experience.
