We are seeking skilled Machine Learning Engineers with expertise in developing and deploying LLMs and VLMs, to join our AGI team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in machine learning, natural language processing, and computer vision, with experience in creating models akin to OpenAI's GPT series and reasoning models.

• San Jose, California, US (Salary Range: $75k—$300k USD)

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement state-of-the-art LLM, VLM/VLA, and reasoning AI models.


• Stay updated with the latest research and advancements in AI, applying new techniques to enhance model performance.


• Optimize models for efficiency and scalability in production environments.


• Conduct thorough testing and validation of models to ensure robustness and reliability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field.


• Proven experience in developing LLMs and VLMs, with a portfolio of relevant projects.


• Faimiliar with GPT, o1, Genie-2, or RT-2.


• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, and experience with machine learning frameworks like PyTorch.


• Strong understanding of natural language processing and computer vision techniques.


• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate complex ideas effectively.

Preferences

• 1+ years experience in LLM, VLM, VLA, o1, or Genie-2.


• PhD in Computer Science, similar technical field of study, or equivalent practical experience.


• Experience with deploying AI models in cloud environments.
  
• Publications or contributions to the AI research community.
