You'll work at the intersection of NLP, LLMs, and production engineering. This is a remote-first role based in New York City, with the flexibility to work from San Francisco, Austin, Chicago, Seattle, Los Angeles, Boston, or Denver.## Responsibilities* •Design and implement ML models for resume analysis, job matching, and scoring* •Build and optimize prompt pipelines for LLM-powered features* •Develop evaluation frameworks to measure model quality and accuracy* •Collaborate with product and engineering to ship ML features to production## Requirements* •4+ years of ML engineering experience with NLP or information retrieval* •Strong Python skills and experience with ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow)* •Experience building and deploying LLM-powered applications* •Understanding of evaluation metrics and A/B testing for ML systemsfor details.
