Desired Qualifications:Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.Active and clear SLP license in Illinois (or eligibility for licensure).Prior experience in school settings with early childhood/Pre-K or Kindergarten a plus.Strong interpersonal, collaboration, and communication skills.Comfortable adapting to new settings and working with diverse student populations. Key Responsibilities:Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for students.Provide speech and language therapy for small groups and individual students.Collaborate with classroom teachers, education staff, and families.Document progress and communicate goals and achievements effectively.Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings as needed.
