Sr. Machine Learning Engineer - Recommendation Systems

Location: Parsippany, NJ

Long Term Contract Hybrid - 3 Days Onsite every week.

Interview Process - F2F is a must.

• Need a skilled Machine Learning Engineer with expertise in building and optimizing recommendation models to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience designing, implementing, and scaling personalized recommendation systems that drive user engagement and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design and develop machine learning models for recommendation systems (e.g., collaborative filtering, Contact based filtering, deep learning, hybrid approaches).
2. Optimize models for scalability, performance, and real-time predictions.
3. Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and product teams to integrate models into production pipelines.
4. Analyze and improve recommendation quality using metrics like precision, recall, and user satisfaction.
5. Experiment with cutting-edge techniques (e.g., reinforcement learning, graph neural networks) to enhance recommendations.

Requirements:

1. 5+ years of experience in machine learning, with a focus on recommendation systems.
2. Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar ML frameworks.
3. Strong understanding of algorithms like matrix factorization, neural networks, clustering, Metadata and ranking systems.
4. Experience with DataBricks and AWS
5. Excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for delivering impactful solutions.
