Responsibilities:
Provide compassionate, evidence-based care for older adults with acute and chronic conditions, using sound medical judgment and consulting specialists as needed.
Ensure compliance with all clinical, regulatory, and ethical standards, including HIPAA, CLIA, and accrediting bodies.
Engage in all aspects of patient care: assessment, diagnosis, treatment, education, and care coordination, emphasizing prevention and outcomes.
Maintain accurate, timely EMR documentation within 48 hours of each visit.
Collaborate with hospitalists during inpatient stays and remain involved in patient care.
Supervise Nurse Practitioners/Physician Assistants when required and ensure patients are seen by a physician at least every other visit.
Demonstrate professionalism, quality, and a commitment to 5-star service aligned with the Group s mission.

Requirements

Curriculum Vitae
Copy of OK Medical License
DEA
BLS, ACLS
Working knowledge with Google Suite and Microsoft Office for real-time collaboration
At least 3 years of outpatient experience
