Responsibilities:
Provide anesthesia coverage in multiple procedural settings under supervision while functioning independently
Required Procedures:
General anesthesia cases; blocks not required
EMR System:
Epic
Support Staff:
MD supervision (1:4, 1:2 for cardiac), scrub techs, RN circulators, anesthesia techs
Days Per Month:
Full-time coverage needed (1-2 FTEs)
On-Call/Weekends:
No call required
Submission Requirements:
NBCRNA Certification
Active New York State License preferred
NPDB Self-Query required (current month)
Ability to work independently in supervised model
Malpractice rates included in submission
15K Conversion Fee acknowledgment required
June/July availability required
