Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to manage and expand our BPS Services based in the USA.

Responsibilities

Drive revenue growth, acquire new logos, build and manage customer relationships at the Director, VP, and CXO level.

Articulate the value of TCS BPS offerings, create differentiated propositions based on client needs and competitor analysis.

Work with cross-functional teams at both offshore and onsite units to build tailored solutions.

Lead end-to-end sales life cycle including RFI/RFP responses, negotiations, and contract closure.

Manage order booking, operating margin, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

Minimum of 10 years in Banking BPS with 5+ years in a BD capacity (hunting and mining accounts).

10 years in client relationship and account management.

Experience in global service delivery model.

Strong banking domain experience or credentials in lending, deposits, cards, financial crimes, mortgages, payments.

Understanding of the holistic nature of operational solutions with AI; basic understanding of AI in customer journeys.

Salary Range
$127,900-$173,100 a year
