Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated, target-driven freelance student based in Germany to support the expansion of theInterna’s German partner network.

In this role, you will focus specifically on sourcing, engaging, and onboarding German startups and companies, helping us grow our presence in the DACH region. You will play a direct role in driving company growth by bringing in new hosts and clients.

This is a hands‑on, sales-focused freelance role with clear targets and full ownership of your pipeline.

Key Responsibilities

Source and identify startup companies and SMEs across Germany (DACH region preferred)

Build and manage a pipeline of prospective companies

Cold outreach / calls

Pitch theInterna’s offering to founders, HR teams, and hiring managers

Onboard new companies onto the platform

Track outreach and performance using CRM tools

Collaborate with the founding team to refine the German market strategy

Targets & KPIs

Primary target: Onboard German companies/hosts weekly (target flexible based on capacity)

Daily/weekly outreach activity targets

Pipeline and conversion tracking

Ideal Candidate

Currently studying or recently graduated in Business, Marketing, or a related field

Based in Germany

Strong interest in startups, sales, and entrepreneurship

Fluent in German and English

Confident communicator with strong persuasion skills

Highly proactive, independent, and target-driven

Comfortable with cold outreach and remote work
