This is an opportunity to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, develop your technical skills, and contribute to projects from concept through construction.




What You'll Work On



  • Prepare and support project layouts, manage project graphics, and coordinate printing, plotting, and distribution of design documents.

  • Work closely with technical staff and clients across multiple Fishbeck offices to support consulting services for municipal, university, land development, and utility projects.

  • Collaborate daily with multidisciplinary project teams in a dynamic, multioffice environment.

  • Participate in all phases of the design process-including early design, permitting, final design, and construction support.

  • Assist in updating CAD standards, drafting details, and civil department graphics.

  • Continue developing professional skills and stay current with future software upgrades.





What We're Looking For



  • Associate degree or equivalent experience.

  • Technical coursework in AutoCAD or Civil 3D.

  • Experience with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and ArcMap GIS for civil engineering projects.

  • Familiarity with largeformat printers and plotting equipment.

  • Knowledge of CAD standards and drafting procedures.

  • Strong timemanagement, verbal communication, and interpersonal skills.

  • Experience with municipal utilities, road design, stormwater systems, or university projects is preferred; Civil 3D grading experience is a plus.
