Wage: $61,500 annually
Schedule –
Full Time, 8hr shifts, Monday – Friday

What you will be doing:
You’ll be responsible for the management of career technical training programs which includes on- and off-center training, national contractor training, and CTST projects management.
Essential functions:
Plan, coordinate and manage the administrative and programmatic activities of the department
Provide staff training, evaluate staff performance, and implement departmental changes as approved by the center director and coordinated with the manager
Develop departmental budget; monitor and control expenditures, and review and recommend changes to budget authorizations
Develop and implement new and revised policies and procedures affecting assigned departments; coordinate with other departments to ensure compliance of overall center objectives
Regularly assess and audit department for contractual compliance and quality of services to students; prepare audit and assessment reports
Education and Experience Requirements:
Bachelor's degree and 3 years related experience OR post-secondary education/ technical training and 6 years related experience
2 must be in a supervisor capacity
Experience with youth, excellent written and verbal communication skills and computer proficiency required
A valid driver license in the state where the facility is located with an acceptable driving record is required, unless waived by management.
