Position Summary
The Customer Service Representative plays a key role in delivering excellent client support and maintaining strong customer relationships. This position is responsible for managing customer accounts, coordinating order fulfillment, and ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience in a fast-paced environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Oversee and maintain assigned customer accounts

Accurately enter, process, and track customer orders from initiation through completion

Handle return requests by creating and managing Return Merchandise Authorizations (RMAs)

Respond promptly to customer inquiries, providing product information, order updates, and issue resolution

Support daily team meetings and collaborate with internal departments to ensure alignment and efficiency

Process transactions with accuracy and attention to detail

Proactively engage with customers to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships

Identify and resolve customer concerns using sound judgment and problem‑solving skills

Education and Experience

High school diploma or equivalent required

Prior experience in customer service or a related field preferred

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail

Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑volume work environment

Proficient in multitasking and time management
