Scope of Work:
Evaluate and manage patients undergoing radiation therapy, new patient consults, develop and oversee radiation treatment, follow up care and survivorship planning for post treatment
Procedures not required
Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: Active IL license required, IMLC not accepted, BC, DEA, CSR, ACLS, min 1 year experience required
