Description Vistex is looking for a self‑motivated and highly driven Intern Instructional Design . In this role, you will work with Vistex Training team in the development of technical software courses including testing of course exercises and script writing.
Responsibilities :
Convert technical and complex information into easily used and understandable text and
Collaborate with Instructional Designers and Trainers to develop script for online learning eLearning
Develop training materials (exercises, presenter decks, simulation, recordings, quizzes, and/or other supporting materials) for virtual instructor‑led training and online self‑paced courses utilizing department templates and guidelines in SAP® Enable Now.
Assist with exercise updates including system validation testing.
Apply sound project management and instructional design principles to motivate participants as they take self‑paced, eLearning courses.
Complete related duties as assigned
The compensation for this position is $18 - $25 hourly. Base pay will vary depending on factors, including but not limited to a candidate’s location, job‑related knowledge, skills, education, and work experience.

Qualifications Education Required Bachelors or better in Computer Science or related field.
Bachelors or better in Instructional Design and Technology or related field.
Experience Required Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing.
Strong listening skills, attention to detail, and decision‑making skills.
Demonstrates ability to work in a fast‑paced environment with minimal supervision.
Demonstrates effective time‑management and prioritization skills.
Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills.
Ability to learn new software and processes quickly.
Preferred Experience in writing instructional text and audio/video
Experience with eLearning tools and documentation software to develop and enhance training courses
