In-Home Care Provider

We are seeking professional, dedicated and compassionate in-home care providers for our respite care agency. We are here to relieve Caregivers throughout the community, providing them temporary relief, while they care for their loved ones of all ages, from children to seniors.Key Responsibilities: Assisting with grooming, bathing, dressing, and toileting with dignity and respectMobility AssistanceManaging medicationsMeal PreparationCompanionshipSpecialized Relief: provide engaging and safe supervision for clients with diverse needs, including memory care (Dementia/Alzheimer's) for seniors or developmental/physical support for younger individuals, allowing primary family caregivers to take necessary breaks. Requirements:High school diploma or equivalent; CNA or HHA Certification preferredCaregiving Experience across various life stages (pediatric, adult, or geriatric)Must have CPR and First Aid/BLSValid driver's license and reliable transportationStrong communication skills with English proficiency required (Bilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply)Ability to pass a comprehensive background check Ability to physically assist clients with mobility and transfers; must be able to lift/pivot up to 50 lbs comfortably. Experience with gait belts and other assistive devices is preferred.Frequent bending, reaching, and standing Employment is contingent upon the successful completion of a background check and drug screening
