About The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled AI/ML Architect to design and lead the development of enterprise-scale artificial intelligence and machine learning solutions. This role will be responsible for building scalable AI/ML architectures, defining best practices, and guiding cross-functional teams to deliver impactful, production-ready AI-driven products.
You will work closely with business stakeholders, data scientists, and engineering teams to translate business requirements into robust AI/ML systems that integrate seamlessly with enterprise infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
Design end-to-end AI/ML architectures, including data pipelines, model development, deployment, and monitoring
Translate business requirements into scalable and secure AI/ML technical solutions
Evaluate, select, and implement AI/ML frameworks, tools, and platforms
Define best practices, standards, and governance for AI/ML model development and deployment
Lead and mentor teams of data scientists, ML engineers, and developers
Ensure AI/ML systems are scalable, secure, maintainable, and production-ready
Integrate AI/ML models with enterprise applications and IT infrastructure
Architect and implement cloud-based AI/ML solutions using modern platforms
Support big data processing, feature engineering, and data pipeline design
Drive innovation using advanced AI techniques including Agentic AI, NLP, Computer Vision, and Deep Learning
Mandatory Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or related field
Proven experience as an AI/ML Architect, Machine Learning Engineer, or Data Scientist
Strong expertise in:
Machine Learning and Deep Learning
Natural Language Processing (NLP)
Computer Vision
Agentic AI architectures
Hands-on experience with AI/ML frameworks:
TensorFlow
PyTorch
Scikit-learn
Experience with cloud AI/ML platforms:
AWS SageMaker
Azure Machine Learning
Google AI Platform
Strong programming skills in Python, R, or Java
Experience with big data technologies and data pipeline architecture
Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines for ML workflows
Strong understanding of production-grade ML system deployment
Stable career history (No job hoppers)
Must be willing to work hybrid in Plano, TX
