Paint Supervisor – Level 3
You will be the Paint Supervisor - Level 3 for the Coating & Finishing team which is responsible for leading paint and surface‑finishing operations on F‑16 and C‑130 programs.

What You Will Be Doing
As the Paint Supervisor - Level 3 you will be responsible for directing daily coating activities, ensuring safety, quality, schedule, and cost targets are met.
Your responsibilities include:
Lead and coordinate all paint and coating work, enforcing safety and regulatory compliance while meeting quality, schedule, and cost objectives.
Translate production plans into clear daily work assignments and monitor execution to ensure timely task completion.
Identify and implement process improvements that boost quality, reduce cycle time, and lower cost.
Champion FOD prevention through training, best‑practice enforcement, and continuous monitoring.
Coach, mentor, and develop a diverse team, maintaining required certifications and building cross‑functional capability.

Basic Qualifications
Candidate must have 5 years' experience in the Aviation, Aerospace, or related industry.
Candidate must have a two-year degree or 4 years of leadership experience with no degree.
Proficient with interpreting aircraft drawings and technical data.
Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point).
Must be able to work multiple shifts.
Desired Skills
Aircraft Paint leadership experience with low observable coatings.
F‑16 aircraft coating experience.
C‑130 aircraft Coatings.
Lean Concepts Greenbelt certified.
Basic understanding of tools, machines, systems, and processes typically used in coating of aircraft surfaces.
Working knowledge of Earned Value Management, SAP, or similar systems.
Previous Employee Training and development experience.
Effective communication experience both orally and written.
Self‑starter, able to follow directions, versatile, can quickly adjust as situations warrant.
Experience forecasting manpower.
Experience with employee recruitment and selection process.
Basic Working Conditions
Location: Greenville, SC.
Schedule: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week.
Shift: Multiple shifts available.
