Batch Operations Analyst

We are seeking an experienced Batch Operations Analyst to support a large-scale Facets migration project within the healthcare payer environment. This role is responsible for the setup, scheduling, and monitoring of batch jobs to ensure reliable and efficient system operations. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with Facets batch processes and a deep understanding of runbooks and batch logs.
Key Responsibilities:
Set up, schedule, and monitor batch jobs to support daily system operations
Ensure timely and accurate execution of batch processes within the Facets environment
Review and analyze batch logs to identify and resolve issues
Follow and maintain Facets runbooks to support batch processing activities
Troubleshoot and resolve batch failures, escalating issues as needed
Coordinate with application support, infrastructure, and business teams to resolve operational issues
Support system stability during and after the Facets migration process
Maintain documentation for batch schedules, processes, and issue resolution
Identify opportunities to improve batch performance and operational efficiency
Requirements
Required Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of experience overseeing Facets batch operations
Strong understanding of Facets runbooks and batch processing workflows
Experience analyzing and troubleshooting batch logs
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
