
Group Logistics Manager

We are immediately hiring a Group Logistics Manager to join our Ryder team.
Salary & Benefits
Salary: $110,000 - $117,000 per year + benefits, PTO, annual bonus up to 20% of salary
Schedule: Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm (based on business needs)
Travel: expected 50-60% (required for customer engagement, multiple sites)
Responsibilities
Goal setting, skills assessment, IDPs, career development, performance evaluation, ongoing employee feedback, disciplinary actions, warning documentation, PIP for CLS, identify situations for director escalation
Developing direct and indirect reports, HR training, selection of qualified personnel, maintain staffing levels, avoid outside labor
Create location processes, maintain SCLM, cross‑train CLS and CLC
Customer satisfaction/problem resolution, review KPI tracking and improvement
Improve employee retention, reduce accidents, reduce overtime, follow up reporting
Recommend process improvements, conduct self‑audits of location processes
SOX invoice reconciliation to FFM designee, SOX revenue recognition, invoice to customer
Additional Responsibilities
Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in business, logistics, supply chain or equivalent plus two years of relevant experience
Master’s Degree in related field (preferred)
5+ years in supply chain, logistics, warehouse, or industry related field
5+ years managing, leading, and developing direct reports (preferred)
5+ years managing large multi‑level teams
3+ years implementing logistics solutions and project management
3+ years leading teams in a LEAN environment (preferred)
3+ years in Profit & Loss responsibility (preferred)
1+ year managing customer KPIs
Basic PC skills: Microsoft Office (required)
Additional software and industry knowledge as per specified (e.g., RD2000, RD/Logistics/Transportation)
Travel
Expected travel of 50‑60% to support customer engagement and multiple sites.
Compensation Information
The position may be eligible for an annual bonus, commission, and/or long‑term incentive plan.
Pay type: Salaried
Minimum pay: $110,000
Maximum pay: $117,000
