We're partnering with a Houston-based organization to hire a Digital Projects Manager to lead ERP and digital initiatives across the business.
This is a senior, hands-on leadership role focused on delivering complex projects while also contributing to the technical direction of systems, integrations, and overall platform strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end delivery of ERP and digital projects
Oversee system enhancements, integrations, and upgrades
Own and evolve a custom asset tracking platform providing real-time inventory visibility
Collaborate with stakeholders across IT, finance, operations, and leadership
Define project scope, timelines, budgets, and KPIs
Drive process improvement, automation, and system optimization
Requirements 10+ years' experience in ERP, IT, or digital project leadership roles
Strong background in ERP implementations and integrations
Experience with system architecture, APIs, or technical design
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver complex initiatives
Experience in supply chain, logistics, manufacturing, or other asset-heavy environments
Nice to Have Exposure to Odoo
