Qualifications:
Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapist program.
Licensed as an Occupational Therapist in North Carolina
CPR Certified or ability to obtain
Previous OASIS experience
Previous experience with Computer Charting 6 months of previous Home Health Care experience
Valid U.S. Driver's License and reliable transportation
Home Health Occupational Therapist Contract Details: $1,980 - $2,146 per week*13-week contract
Paid by the hour - not by the visit
Occupational Therapist will have a designated territory of coverage
