The Role
As an AI Engineer , you’ll focus on building and deploying advanced generative AI applications. You’ll work across the stack to design intelligent agent systems, optimise infrastructure for real-world use, and ensure solutions meet the highest standards of performance, security, and compliance.

What we’re looking for

Proven experience with generative AI applications (RAG, Agents) in production environments

Strong coding skills in Python (experience with frameworks like FastAPI, Django, or Flask)

Passion for staying ahead of the curve with the latest AI technologies and bringing them into production

Knowledge of cloud platforms, containerisation, and CI/CD pipelines

Understanding of privacy and security best practices (PII protection, GDPR compliance, guardrails for LLMs)

Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Curiosity and motivation to apply AI in impactful, mission-driven contexts
