We are looking for an Expert AI Developer to design and build intelligent AI agents and AI‑powered systems that can reason, plan, and act to solve real business and technology challenges.
In this role, you’ll focus on agentic AI frameworks , memory and tool‑use capabilities, and scalable AI architectures using modern patterns such as embeddings, vector databases, and Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG) .
You’ll collaborate with prompt engineers, data engineers, and cross‑functional teams to deliver secure, reliable, production‑grade AI solutions on Azure .
✅ Mandatory: Hands‑on experience using AI coding agents such as AMP and Claude Code in daily development workflows.
What You’ll Do
Design, develop, and deploy AI agents capable of reasoning, planning, and autonomous action
Build and maintain agentic AI frameworks with orchestration, memory, tool use, and decision‑making
Develop AI applications using embeddings
Develop AI applications using Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG)
Create scalable Python backend services and AI‑driven workflows
Collaborate with prompt engineers to refine prompts and improve agent behavior
Integrate AI solutions with Azure cloud services and enterprise systems
Test, evaluate, and optimize AI agents for performance, reliability, and scalability
Apply best practices for security, monitoring, CI/CD, and production deployment
Use AI coding agents (AMP, Claude Code) to accelerate development and improve code quality
Stay current with emerging trends in applied AI and agent development
Required Qualifications
Expert‑level experience in LLM‑based AI applications or agentic AI systems
Strong proficiency in Python
Solid experience with the Azure cloud ecosystem
Deep understanding of:
Embeddings
AI agents with reasoning, planning, memory, and tool use
Strong collaboration skills with prompt engineers and cross‑functional teams
Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities
Must‑have: Proven daily use of AMP and Claude Code
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with LangChain, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen , or similar frameworks
Familiarity with API integrations , enterprise workflows, and model evaluation
Experience with AI monitoring, observability, and governance
Strong knowledge of software engineering best practices (testing, version control, CI/CD)
The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is $103,330 to $128,656.
