Assignment details:
Contract length: 13 weeks Shift length: 6 hour shifts Hours per week: 32 Start Date: ASAP
Job responsibilities:
Work 32 hours per week with 6-hour shifts. Document assessments, interventions, and patient progress in the medical record. Prepare patients for diagnostic tests or procedures and provide post-procedure monitoring as indicated. Provide patient and family education related to the plan of care and discharge needs. Administer medications and treatments as ordered and monitor patient response.
