Dialysis Travel Nurse

Vetted is seeking a RN - Dialysis for a travel job in Provo, Utah . This contract pays approximately $11,307/month gross. Contract length: Shift length: 12 hour shifts Start Date: ASAP Conduct patient intake, focused assessments, and symptom screening aligned with clinic protocols. Support care coordination activities across providers to promote continuity of care. Work 36 hours per week with 12-hour shifts. Administer ordered therapies and monitor for adverse reactions or changes in condition. Coordinate scheduling, referrals, and follow-up care with clinical and administrative teams.
