Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in marketing, project management, communications or related field; or equivalent experience required
6 to 8 years of professional experience in project management, integrated marketing, or product management in cross‑functional environment – creative agency experience a plus
Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to articulate clearly over phone and email; active team player in cross‑functional team
Excellent project management and organizational skills with attention to detail
Advanced skills using PowerPoint, Microsoft Word and Excel
Self‑starter mentality, proactive, results‑driven
Comfortable working in dynamic fast‑paced industry and matrix organization
Ability to work independently or with a team to meet deadlines
Responsibilities
Manage multiple marketing and cross‑functional projects for the MX organization, including demand & traffic generating campaigns, in‑store experiences, promotions, and advertising materials.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to develop mid‑ and long‑term strategic project roadmaps, report on plans and schedules, drive escalation, address issues, and manage mitigation plans for risks.
Plan and communicate project schedules, track budgets, ensure deliverables are met, including trafficking, asset procurement and quality control; update project status regularly.
Facilitate meetings, circulate actionable notes, and address variances in timeline, scope, budget and quality.
Maintain strong relationships and build trust with cross‑functional teams, leadership, third‑party vendors, freelancers and other partners.
Monitor progress, address problems, provide solutions, and implement changes to keep the project on track.
Participate in meetings and development of requirements and specifications.
Collaborate with internal functions to develop and execute scopes of projects, including estimates and timelines.
