Registered Dietitian - Family Practice Residency

OverviewThe Clinical Dietitian is responsible for the nutrition screening, assessment, monitoring, evaluation, and education of MMCI patients through an integrated approach to nutrition care.Join a team where no two days look the same.We’re seeking a motivated and compassionate Registered Dietitian to support both our Family Practice and Digestive Health clinics. A significant portion of your time will focus on weight management, helping patients create sustainable lifestyle changes to meet their health goals. You will:Provide individualized nutrition counseling to patients in Family Practice and Digestive Health settings.Support and guide patients through weight management, including medical weight loss programs.Collaborate closely with providers to create nutrition plans that align with patient diagnoses and care plans.Educate patients on topics such as healthy eating patterns, digestive health, chronic disease prevention, and behavior modification.Build strong, ongoing relationships with patients to help them make meaningful and lasting change.Participate in program development and continuous improvement initiatives.What Makes This Role Exciting:Variety that keeps you engaged: Alternate between Family Practice and Digestive Health, offering rich clinical exposure.A strong focus on patient impact: Play a key role in helping patients navigate their weight‑management journey.
