The Role:
The Internal Communications Coordinator supports the planning and execution of employee communications programs that keep Bally's workforce informed, connected, and engaged. This creative, detail-oriented communicator produces high-quality content across multiple channels. From drafting employee-facing copy to editing video content to keeping the intranet fresh and organized, this role is the engine behind the day-to-day execution of internal communications.
Responsibilities:
- Supports the development and distribution of internal communications content across multiple channels including email, intranet, digital signage, and newsletters.
- Creates engaging written content for employee-facing communications including announcements, leadership messages, event promotions, and culture highlights.
- Edits and produces short-form video content for internal use, including town halls, employee spotlights, and culture campaigns.
- Manages and maintains the company intranet, ensuring content is current, accurate, well-organized, and visually consistent.
- Maintains the internal communications calendar, coordinating scheduling and deadlines across stakeholders to keep campaigns and content on track.
- Assists in tracking and reporting communications metrics, including open rates, intranet traffic, and engagement data, to help evaluate program effectiveness.
- Partners with cross-functional teams to gather information and ensure timely, accurate communication of updates across the organization.
- Manages communication distribution lists and ensures employee data within communications platforms is accurate and up to date.
- Provides general administrative and project coordination support for the Internal Communications team, C&R properties, and Corp HR team as needed

Qualifications:
- 1 to 3 years of experience in internal communications, corporate communications, marketing, or a related field preferred. Equivalent experience and demonstrated skill will be considered.
- Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to tailor tone and messaging for different audiences.
- Experience with video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere, Camtasia, or similar platforms.
- Familiarity with intranet platforms such as SharePoint, Staffbase, or similar tools.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
- Comfortable working in a collaborative environment while also being able to execute independently.
- A proactive communicator who asks good questions and follows through without being prompted.
- Experience with design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus

Target Compensation:
- $26.50 per hour
