Job Responsibilities: The role encompasses .25 time dedicated to the Associate Program Director position, primarily focusing on the development and implementation of the new Internal Medicine Residency Program. The remaining .75 time will be dedicated to clinical responsibilities, ensuring a well-balanced engagement between program development and clinical practice. Ideal candidates will possess a minimum of 2+ years' clinical experience, coupled with 2+ years' Core Faculty experience in graduate medical education.
