Job responsibilities:
Use infection prevention practices during patient encounters and procedures. Communicate clinically relevant updates to providers to support timely decision-making. Perform medication reconciliation activities as directed and communicate discrepancies. Coordinate scheduling, referrals, and follow-up care with clinical and administrative teams. Work 36 hours per week with 12-hour shifts.
