What You’ll Be Helping Achieve
The Ad Ops Coordinator will be responsible for digital ad campaign management. The candidate will collaborate with media teams, account teams and vendors to implement and oversee digital ad campaigns. Excellent attention to detail, organization, and the ability to juggle multiple tasks at once will be a key component of the ad ops coordinator's success.
This is an entry level position and does not require a college degree.
What You’ll Be Working On
Obtain trafficking sheet and creative assets for campaign launches
Leverage DCM to traffic digital creatives to placements, generate tags to send to publishers
Request and implement any verification/study/audience pixels from fourth party vendors (IAS, Comscore, Millward Brown, Nielsen, JD Power, etc.)
QA all assets to ensure they are to spec
QA trafficking work in DCM – Pull reporting to ensure campaign has launched and the proper ads have been trafficked
Maintain a strong understanding of the ad specs sheet and how it is used
Work with various DCO vendors: Sizmek, Doubleclick Dynamic, Flashtalking, etc. to traffic out dynamic assets according to campaign KPIs
Coordinate with vendors, publishers, creative agencies, and internal teams to ensure the timely launch of campaigns
Troubleshoot any campaign issues
Commercial record data entry.
Commercial pattern data entry.
Provide overall support and/or coverage for Traffic Operations Floodlights
Work with media planning team to strategize floodlight placement on the websites
Generate floodlight tags and work with various dev teams to implement floodlights and partner pixels onto the appropriate websites
QA floodlights in staging and live environment to ensure they are firing on the sites by leveraging web debugging tools
Pull reports to confirm data is tracking accordingly including through ObservePoint
Implement and QA partner pixels
Troubleshoot any floodlight issues Additional Responsibilities
Maintain an understanding of our preferred verification partner's product capabilities and the workflow needed for implementation
Attend all relevant campaign meetings
Set up any partner meetings for Ad Ops
Juggle and prioritize tasks to manage constantly changing timelines
Keep open lines of communication to ensure all stakeholders are aware of where you are in your workflow
Monitor and respond to emails in a timely manner
Contribute ideas to improve workflow processes
Learn about developing technologies and how they can add value to our clients
And other tasks and projects as assigned
How You’ll Excel In Your Role
Extremely detail oriented
Ability to work with large amounts of data within Excel
SharePoint and/or Media Ocean knowledge
Strong communicator and highly responsive to requests
Interest in ad tech for digital and broadcast advertising
Team player and finisher of all tasks assigned
Preferred SharePoint and/or Media Ocean knowledge
Working knowledge of HTML/javascript
Familiarity with key ad servers (CM360, Flashtalking, Innovid, etc.)
Able to translate technical details to non technical audiences
Bonus points: enjoys solving puzzles/problems
Compensation
This is a non‑exempt position and is eligible for overtime compensation.
The hourly rate for this position is $20.00 an hour, which is the equivalent to $36,400 gross pay a year.
Pay is not negotiable.
