Job Description
Pay: $27.59/hr (W2)
7-month assignment with possibility of extension based on performance and continued need
You will manage and execute promotional and advertising campaigns for enterprise and mid-market partners
You will support campaign setup, QA, and live monitoring to ensure performance and accuracy
You will collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams
You will use SQL to extract, analyze, and interpret large datasets to support campaign performance and decision-making
You will assist with campaign migration and data entry initiatives for new Ads Manager systems
You will identify operational issues and help drive process and product improvements
You will leverage AI tools to streamline workflows and improve efficiency
Qualifications
2+ years of experience in ad operations, digital advertising, or related fields (startup experience preferred)
2+ years of experience writing SQL queries, analyzing data, and building dashboards
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage high-volume campaigns in a fast-paced environment
Ability to troubleshoot issues independently and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams
Strong organizational and time management skills
Nice to Have
Experience editing SQL queries
Familiarity with tools like Figma and Photoshop
Experience working with Salesforce, Tableau, Sigma, or similar reporting tools
Experience collaborating with product/engineering teams on improvements
Experience using AI tools (ChatGPT, Clause, Gemini) to enhance workflows
