Ad Operations Associate
Position at Everyday Health Group - Division The Opportunity Everyday Health Group is looking for an Ad Operations Associate to manage the campaign delivery process and support the renewal and upsell of existing business. You will be responsible for partnering with the Strategic Account Management team for trafficking, management, optimization and delivery of all digital ad campaigns. This role must be able to translate client needs into actionable tasks and see them through to completion. The ideal candidate has media and online advertising experience. You understand ad placement, targeting, and technology for display, mobile, native and video ads. You're passionate about data analysis. Working within Excel comes naturally and you enjoy multi-tasking and managing the details and delivery of your campaigns. We welcome individuals who have a desire to go the extra mile.
Key Responsibilities:
Trafficking and management of online advertising campaigns, including direct and programmatic guaranteed deals
Frequently optimize campaigns based on client and company KPI's
Troubleshoot ad serving errors, reporting discrepancies, and 3P tags
Manage campaigns across US and International markets
Meet regularly with Strategic Account Management team, as well as other cross-functional internal teams, to ensure campaign performance and full revenue recognition
Provide excellent customer service to internal and external clients
Work on ad hoc interdisciplinary projects to grow skill set and learn different aspects of Digital Ad Operations.
Job Qualifications:
BA/BS degree
1-2 years of digital media operations, campaign management, and/or ad operations background
Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
Understanding of ad-serving technologies: GAM, DCM, Placements.io, LiveIntent, AdX, IAS, DV, etc
Strong attention to detail and highly organized
Creative problem-solving, analytical skills, and project management
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills, ability to work with cross-functional teams
Dependable with a positive, solution-oriented attitude

The Company provides a range for the base pay. Factors that may be used to determine your actual pay may include your specific job related knowledge, skills, experience and geographic location. The salary compensation for this role is $65,000 to $75,000. Individual pay within the compensation range for this business unit specific role is determined based on a variety of factors including experience, scope of the role, capabilities to perform the role, education and training, as well as business and company performance. Everyday Health Group has employees located in 40+ states as well as offices in NYC, Asheville, Boston, London, England and Mumbai, India.
