About the Role:Agape Sitters & Nannies is hiring warm, dependable, and toddler-loving sitters for our Labor Companion service a unique on-call sibling care role designed to support families during delivery.Youll be matched with families expecting a new baby and provide loving care for older children when the parent goes into labor. You must be comfortable arriving during early mornings, late nights, or sudden changes all part of birth day!This is a part-time, flexible, on-call role best for caregivers who want to support moms with calm, professional care in real-life moments.In this role, you will care for the older sibling(s) while parents are at the hospital for delivery.Key Responsibilities: Provide nurturing, attentive care for toddlers or young siblings during laborArrive on-call during a 12 week window when the client may go into laborEnter home calmly and confidently often in early hours or overnightMaintain a peaceful environment (snacks, books, nap/bedtime routines)Keep communication open with parents and agencyIdeal Candidate:18-21+ years oldAt least 2 years of experience with toddlers or infantsCPR/First Aid certified (or willing to get certified)Comfortable with flexible scheduling, last-minute requestsPatient, calm, excellent communicatorReliable transportation and backup plan in case of emergency URGENT Schedule:Must be available to be on call and work on all dates from April 24 to May 2, 2026.Perks:Bonus pay opportunities for overnight shiftsServe amazing families in the Houston areaBe part of a trusted, growing agency that supports YOU
