Job Description and Position Requirements
The Marketing Department in the Smeal College of Business is seeking to hire undergraduate learning assistants for MKTG 301, Principles of Marketing for fall 2026. A background in marketing is essential.
Responsibilities
Hold office hours for students.
Grade homework and other assignments.
Help update course materials and perform other administrative tasks related to the course.
Qualifications
Earned an "A" or "A-" in MKTG 301.
GPA of at least 3.2.
Demonstrated academic integrity with preference given to high achievers.
Academic integrity and ability to maintain student confidentiality required.
Fluency in English.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Reliable, organized, and strong time‑management skills.
The position is 5 hours per week on average and is paid.
