What You'll Do:

• Deliver personal care and support in residents' homes


• Help with ambulation, mobility, transfers, and daily needs


• Promote independence and safety


• Work collaboratively with nursing and care teams

Basic Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent


• Must be able to read and write English, follow directions (oral and written) and communicate with residents and staff.


• CNA certification + listed on NC Nurse Aide Registry


• Successful completion of a state approved nurse aid program.

Desired (But Not Required) Qualifications:

• Experience in senior care, long-term care or geriatric experience
