Our future intern in internal communications will assist in drafting and editing internal newsletters and updates, support the development of communication materials for various internal initiatives and help manage and update the internal communication channels, including our main touchpoint, our global intranet (Smart Connect). The intern will conduct research and gather feedback on the effectiveness of internal communications, participate in team meetings, and contribute ideas for enhancing internal engagement. Additionally assist with organizing and promoting internal events or initiatives. IMPORTANT! Eligible candidates: Bachelor or Master students (you need to remain student for the whole duration of the internship), or enroll before the start. Second Master's, and Bachelor's or Master's graduates will not be considered!
Edits/writes internal texts, for newsletters, intranet and further comms channels
Supports with editor tasks on Smart Connect (internal communications platform)
Supports analysis of comms related data (e.g. via PowerBI)
Supports global comms campaigns and activities
Drives enablement & collaboration with global communicators network
Supports creating assets for global campaigns or touchpoints, e.g. video, audio, graphics
