Job Title: Summer Drivers
Location: Keewaydin Camps – Lake Dunmore, Salisbury, Vermont
Keewaydin’s boys and girls summer camps are seeking seasonal drivers to join our team for the upcoming summer season. This is a unique opportunity to spend your summer supporting youth outdoor adventures while working in the beautiful setting of Lake Dunmore in Salisbury, VT.
Drivers play an essential role in helping our campers begin and end their wilderness experiences safely. You’ll be transporting groups of campers and staff to and from trip starting points across northern New England and southern Quebec, where they take part in canoeing and backpacking expeditions.

Job Responsibilities
• Safely operate 15-passenger vans, often while towing canoe trailers
• Transport campers and staff to various trip locations throughout the region
• Conduct basic vehicle safety checks before and after trips
• Maintain a professional, friendly, and safety-focused presence while working with youth and staff
• Follow all camp transportation policies and safety procedures

Qualifications
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Comfortable driving larger vehicles and towing trailers
• Responsible, punctual, and safety-minded
• Ability to interact positively with youth and camp staff
Bonus: Additional pay consideration for drivers who hold a CDL and/or school bus endorsement
