Overview
Advertisers and advertising tools are rapidly adopting AI agents to plan, optimize, and achieve marketing goals. The Ads Agent Fabric team’s mission is to deliver a common infrastructure supporting all advertising‑aware model‑based applications (i.e., agents) and accelerate development of agentic applications for our advertisers. The team is responsible for an agent‑builder SDK, agent‑builder tools for design, test, and evaluation, and a fully‑managed runtime with integrated access to Ads services, data, and foundational models.
Key Responsibilities
Own the full software development lifecycle from design to production launch of core infrastructure components and services.
Build highly scalable, low‑latency infrastructure supporting real‑time agent execution.
Define technical standards and best practices for agent development, testing, and deployment.
Partner with applied scientists to translate research innovations into production‑ready services.
Lead architecture reviews and provide technical guidance to engineers across multiple teams.
Basic Qualifications
5+ years of professional software development experience (non‑internship).
5+ years of programming with at least one software programming language.
5+ years of leading design or architecture (design patterns, reliability, and scaling) of new and existing systems.
Experience as a mentor, tech lead, or leading an engineering team.
Preferred Qualifications
5+ years of full software development life cycle experience, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations.
Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent.
