Required Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) in an acute care or perioperative setting
Active CRNA certification and valid state licensure
Ability to practice independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary anesthesia and surgical team
Clear background and malpractice history (credentialing process may take 90-120 days; temporary privileges available for qualified candidates)
Key Responsibilities
Provide general anesthesia care for adult and pediatric surgical procedures in the operating room (OR)
Perform preoperative assessment, anesthesia planning, and patient education
Administer anesthesia, monitor intraoperative patient status, and manage emergence
Collaborate closely with surgeons, attending anesthesiologists, and perioperative nursing staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Maintain accurate anesthesia documentation, adhere to safety protocols, and participate in quality improvement initiatives
