Job Summary
The Senior Manager, Marketing Program Manager supports the execution of marketing campaigns and deliverables by aligning program objectives, establishing milestones, and driving strategic value.

This role partners closely with creative, business, and enterprise-wide teams to ensure successful campaign planning, production, review, and delivery.

The position requires strong facilitation, communication, and problem-solving skills to help optimize workflows and ensure program efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the planning and execution of marketing campaign deliverables by identifying program goals, milestones, sequencing, and timelines.

Collaborate with cross-functional marketing teams to drive project effectiveness and process efficiencies.

Work with enterprise partners and media agencies to coordinate marketing deliverables from strategy through in-market execution, including trafficking of media assets.

Create and maintain project schedules to track timelines, dependencies, and deliverables for marketing initiatives.

Maintain key artifacts such as creative placemats, marketing calendars, roadmaps, and planning documents to support program visibility and prioritization.

Facilitate cross-functional meetings and ensure efficient collaboration and communication across teams.

Utilize workflow management tools to enhance organization, automation, and efficiency.

Help identify process improvements and streamline workflows across the marketing organization.

Proactively anticipate challenges, flag risks, and support mitigation strategies.

Deliver clear and concise communication to team members, leadership, and partners.

Required Qualifications

Self-directed professional with strong facilitation and communication skills.

Experience empowering cross-functional teams through planning, prioritization, and clear direction.

Experience improving efficiency through workflow management tools and automation.

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to identify and implement process improvements.

Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.

3+ years of experience in marketing or agency environments.

Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) with coursework in advertising, production, creative, or marketing.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in a fast‑paced, highly collaborative professional environment.

Experience working with third-party agencies and enterprise‑wide business partners.
