This opportunity offers an engaging night shift schedule (7PM – 7AM), where you will play an essential role in fast-paced ER settings delivering compassionate, efficient care. Schedule:Night shift, 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM Qualifications:Valid New Mexico RN license or current Compact state licenseBLS, ACLS, and PALS Certification from AHA required (ENPC may substitute for PALS)TNCC or ATCN requiredCPI or equivalent preferredGraduate of an accredited nursing programCurrent, relevant skills suited to an emergency patient populationStrong communication skills with awareness of patient rightsAbility to work effectively under pressure and adapt to changing situations Key Responsibilities:Provide comprehensive care to ER patients across varied developmental stagesCoordinate and implement care according to unit standards and protocolsRespond calmly and competently in high-stress and crisis situationsCollaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure safe, quality careDemonstrate respect and consideration to patients, colleagues, and familiesUphold standards of safety, infection control, and patient confidentiality Physical Requirements:Comfortable with extended periods of standing, walking, bending, and patient transfersAbility to manage physically demanding tasks and emergenciesNormal or correctable hearing and vision, along with manual dexterity This position offers the chance to make a tangible difference while utilizing your clinical capabilities in a supportive and professional environment.
